  • In general, we only review replacement or return requests within 30 days of product delivery, but email us if you feel we need to make an exception. If the products is broken or defective, please provide pictures.
  • We do not have FREE return shipping labels.
  • Sadly, we cannot provide refunds on lost orders over $200 without tracking information.
