Unfortunately we also have been impacted by inflation, delivery delays, and COVID-19. Delays and shipping restrictions are out of our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please allow extended shipping times: 
  • USA | 30 business days
  • WORLD | up to 50-60 business days (no tracking)
    If you don't receive your order within 30 business day, please email us at info@thehappygivers.com. Our team will be happy to investigate for you.

    Shipping Cost:

    We offer FREE shipping on orders:

    • USA | over $60
    • WORLD | over $100

      For FREE shipping, please note that the TOTAL of your order still needs to reach $60 for the USA | $100 for the WORLD even when using a discount code. Only one coupon can be applied per purchase. There is no tracking information on international shipments.

      Express Shipping:
      We offer Express Shipping on US orders only!
      • Please note: Express shipping only expedites the shipping (2-3 business days), and not the production process (2-7 days). 
      Partial Order Delivery:

      We have started bringing some production to The Happy Givers campus in Puerto Rico. But it's a work in progress and for now we're still working with 3 different printers in the USA. In some cases that means, your order comes via 3 different printers. But fear not, if you received one item already, your next one should arrive within 72 hours. 

      Of course, email us at info@thehappygivers.com if after 3 days your others items have not arrived. We will get on it!

      Import Charges:
      Duties and Taxes are payable by the customer at point of entry may apply to international orders. Unfortunately there are no strong rules or reasoning behind as to why some orders get charged and some don't. At this point you cannot pre-pay import charges at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
