  • USA | 14-20 business days
  • WORLD | up to 20-30 business days (no tracking)
    Our items are shipped from Puerto Rico which really helps the Non-Profit, but unfortunately mail system is different here than in the US. We do our very best to ship as quickly as possible, and thank you for understanding that unexpected shipping delay happens time to time. 

    Please note: Our customer service reply time is currently 24-48 hours excluding weekends. Thank you for your patience!

    If you experience delays in receiving your order, please contact us at info@thehappygivers.com and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

    Please note: If you pay for faster shipping, it currently only expedites your shipping time, not production time.

    Shipping Cost: We offer FREE shipping on orders:

    • USA | over $50
    • WORLD | over $75

      For FREE shipping, please note that the TOTAL of your order still needs to reach $50 for the USA | $75 for the WORLD even when using a discount code. Only one coupon can be applied per purchase. There is no tracking information on international shipments.

        Partial Order Delivery: We have started bringing some production to The Happy Givers campus in Puerto Rico which really helps our Non Profit. But it's a work in progress and for now we're still working with another printer in the USA. In some cases that means, your order comes via  2 printers. But fear not, if you received one item already, your next one should arrive shortly.

        Sticker Orders: If you order only contains stickers and if you choose First Class Mail as your shipping method, please note that there will be no tracking number provided for your order. Please allow 14 business days to receive your mail. If you prefer to have tracking, please choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. 

        Import Charges: Duties and Taxes are payable by the customer at point of entry may apply to international orders. Rules and charges apply depending on your country. At this point you cannot pre-pay import charges at checkout. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding!
