📦 Shipping Information & Policies


Thank you for supporting our Non-Profit! All orders are shipped from Puerto Rico, which directly benefits our local outreach and community programs. Please keep in mind that shipping from the island operates differently than from the mainland U.S., and occasional delays may occur.

  • USA: 14–20 business days

  • International: Up to 20–30 business days (no tracking available for standard international shipments)

We do our best to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding if delays happen — we promise it's worth the wait!

March 12, 2026 - USPS operational changes and 31 days Policy

We understand that some customers are not seeing frequent updates on their tracking numbers, and we want to clarify what is happening. Recently, USPS has made operational changes that have reduced how often tracking scans appear in their system, so packages sometimes move through parts the network without showing new updates online. Unfortunately, because USPS is not providing the same level of scan updates as before, we are not always able to give more detailed tracking information than what appears in their system. In most cases the package is still moving through the network and will update once it reaches the next major sorting or delivery point.

If you do not receive your order from 31 days of your order, please reach out to us and we will be happy to arrange a refund or a replacement.

⚡ Expedited Shipping

If you choose to pay for faster shipping at checkout, please note: It only speeds up the delivery time, not the production or packing time.

🚚 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders that meet the following minimums:

  • USA: Orders over $50

  • WORLD: Orders over $75

  • Note: The total must still reach the minimum after discounts or coupons are applied. Only one discount code can be used per order.
✉️ Sticker-Only Orders

If your order contains only stickers and you select First Class Mail at checkout:

  • Your order will not include tracking

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery

If you would like tracking, we recommend choosing Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

🌍 International Orders & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.

  • These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-payment of import fees at this time.
